Returns Policy

You may return goods either because:

- they are damaged, defective or incorrect. If this is the case, Deacons will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to Deacons. In the event that no fault is found with the goods, Deacons reserves the right to re-charge you for the goods and all fees and expenses incurred; or
- in accordance with your right under EU law to return them within 7 days of delivery. Where you exercise this right, Deacons will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of sending the goods to you but not your costs of returning the goods.

You may also return any goods to us for any reason within 30 days of delivery, providing the goods are undamaged and in their original packaging, and provided the goods are returned to us by Royal Mail special delivery requiring a signature on delivery. We will examine all goods returned in this way and reserve the right to charge you for the goods if this condition is not complied with.

Deacons reserves the right to defer the date of delivery or to cancel your order if it is prevented from or delayed in the carrying on of its business due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes (whether or not relating to either party's workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of goods, provided that, if the event in question continues for a continuous period in excess of 21 days, you will be entitled to give notice in writing to Deacons to cancel your order.
