For all online orders Deacons will arrange delivery of the goods in accordance with the delivery details provided by you. Delivery will be made by Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery requiring a signature on receipt. Please allow at least 3 - 5 working days from acceptance of your order for delivery. Please note that we can only deliver to UK addresses.

If your return is due to a damaged or defective product then we will refund the delivery charges and pay your costs of returning it to Deacons.
